Office Coordinator

Full-Time in Lisbon, PT

Joom is an international group of eCommerce and fintech companies founded in 2016 in Latvia.

Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg, and Portugal.

We are currently looking for an office coordinator who will take care of the happiness of employees in our office in Lisbon. It is important for us that our cozy office is the most comfortable place to work, and that all administrative processes are streamlined.

We are looking for a caring and attentive person who truly enjoys helping people and optimizing everything around them.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in the life support of an office
  • Solve administrative issues (sending correspondence, cleaning control, purchasing food, office supplies etc.)
  • Help Joom employees with their issues
  • Participate in the organization of happy hours

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an office coordinator/receptionist or other administrative positions
  • English language proficiency at level B2 or higher
  • Portuguese language proficiency at level B1 or higher
  • Experience in purchasing office supplies
  • Willingness to come to the office at 9-10 am 5 days a week
