Marketing Manager

JoomPro is a tech-enabled turnkey solution for B2B importing goods from China. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone, anywhere in the world, an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Turkey in the future) quickly, easily, and safely.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany, and Joom Pulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal. Joom Group has its HQ in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement the regional marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media platforms) to develop and advertise impactful content that promote brand awareness to drive inbound leads and conversion.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy that includes participation in conferences, trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder to generate brand position and work with third-party agency to optimize marketing impact.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact. Track and report on KPIs for all marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital and event marketing.
  • Skilled in leveraging local social media platforms and offline events for brand promotion.
  • Capable of using market analysis tools to derive insights and develop detailed marketing strategies.
  • Flexibility & adaptability to work autonomously in an uncertain and diversified cultural environment.
  • Proficiency of English level
