HR Administration Manager

Full-Time in Lisbon, PT

Joom is an international group of eCommerce and fintech companies founded in 2016 in Latvia.

Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.

We are looking for a candidate willing to join our Love&Care team as HR Administration Specialist, with a motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents related to visas, work and residence permits for EU countries and others
  • Communicate with government authorities and external consultants
  • Prepare and support payroll process and other HR administration tasks
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Provide established reports
  • Issue certificates and copies of documents related to work activities to employees
  • Administrate benefits package

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Admin/Payroll
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and Portuguese
