Onfy is a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany that was founded in 2021. Onfy’s mission is to reinvent traditional ways of keeping healthy and make it easy, convenient, and affordable.

Today this is the only platform in Germany that allows consumers to order and to receive pharmacy products from several pharmacies at once for the best price and within the shortest time.

Onfy is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of e-commerce and fintech companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes four other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong-Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg, and Russia.

We are looking for a researcher that would help us solve business, product, and marketing challenges and inspire strategic business changes.

We value result-oriented approach and avoid pointless work. Researchers in our team are deeply integrated into teams they work with, control research results implementation and influence company- and product-level decisions.

What you will do:

  • Be fully responsible for all Onfy’s research projects:
    • Conduct full cycle of UX, CX and market research projects;
    • Present and implement research results.
  • Build a research system in Onfy:
    • Launch and support tracking research in product and marketing teams;
    • Conduct ad hoc research yourself and with contractors’ help (researching audience, existing and potential customer barriers, testing slogans, visual concepts etc.);
    • Conduct proactive research when needed;
    • Form research-based action plans with stakeholders;
    • Form convenient research processes with Onfy team;
    • Create an insights&knowledge system;
    • Mentor and teach Onfy team to do basic research by themselves.

What we expect:

  • Previous education in sociology or marketing;
  • 2+ year experience as an in-house full-cycle researcher in a digital product team;
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research;
  • Good statistics knowledge;
  • Data analysis skills (Excel, SPSS, R or Python);
  • Flexibility in research design;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent understanding of Germany’s current culture and market specifics;
  • Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a solo researcher in a team or as a research team leader;
  • Experience in e-Commerce;
  • Knowledge of product analytics;
  • Knowledge of other European languages.
