We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to ensure our hardline products meet quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements before shipment.
Responsibilities
- Co-create systematic quality inspection systems using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards while tailoring to the needs of JoomPro
- Verify product specifications, quantity, and compliance with order requirements by functional testing and visual inspections of products
- Document and report quality issues, defects, and inspection results
- Review product packaging and labeling requirements
- Review product reports and determine its acceptability, classify defects, and coordinate with production teams on quality improvements
- Maintain detailed inspection records and quality control documentation
Requirements
- Experience with many countries’ products and understanding of overseas customers’ requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably with hardline products
- Experience with creating quality standards to help achieve alignment for company and quality expectations
- Mid-tier experience with softline products
- Understanding of quality control methodologies and AQL standards
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
