Now we are looking for a Sales Team Leader in Brazil to manage our B2B sales team, motivate them, and help them improve their outbound sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 Outbound Hunters in B2B Sales, develop, train and motivate the team
- Keep up-to-date with the KPI's Achievement and Sales Processes, report daily/weekly results and status on action plans to achieve the targets to senior leadership
- Create and implement action plans to achieve GMV goals in the short and medium term, and design strategies to shorten the sales cycle
- Develop the team to ensure a predictable and sustainable new customer acquisition pipeline, fostering a collaborative, healthy, and safe environment for innovation and growth
- Participate in large negotiations to support Sales Executives and speed up sales cycle
- Be the key bridge between the sales team and other related internal departments (Logistics, Supply, Sales Excellence, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role within Outbound Sales, preferably in fast-paced companies or startups.
- Deep understanding of the outbound sales cycle, from creating territory plans and mapping potential customers to closing contracts and managing aftersales
- Knowledge of B2B sales in retail, specifically in the Home & Decor, Fashion, Pet, and/or Electronics segments, with medium-term sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent English
Preferred Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within Outbound Sales, particularly in fast-paced companies or startups
- 1-3 years of experience selling goods or solutions for B2B in retail, specifically in the Home & Decor, Fashion, Pet, and/or Electronics segments, with complex sales cycles
