We are looking for a proactive, data-driven CRM Analyst to develop effective cold outreach campaigns and sequences (both e-mail and WhatApp) using personalization and automation.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns based on user data (product behavior, participation in conversion mechanics like demo or webinar etc.)
  • Manage cold outreach Email and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Constantly test hypotheses on lead acquisition, lead conversion, product usage increase, self-service sales
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, keep the docs on all active and past campaigns and hypotheses
  • Develop database providers within our target segments
  • Collaborate with content creation, growth and product teams in creating campaigns and aligning outreach efforts with business objectives


Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM marketing or outbound lead generation (preferably within SaaS data platforms focused on small and medium-sized businesses)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Kommo, or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with outbound channels (cold emailing/WhatsApp Business), automation and personalization
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Solid understanding of key CRM marketing metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling outreach messages or create specifications on such
  • Fluent English and Portuguese
