Key Account Manager (Brazil)

Full-Time in São Paulo, BR - Remote OK

JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey in future) quickly, easily, and safely.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of e-commerce and fintech companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes four other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.

Now we are looking for a Key Account manager, who will establish long-term relations with existing and new clients in order to achieve long time growth and help our clients get maximum out of the current trend. As the market is new for us, it provides the candidate with a big opportunity for personal and career growth!


  • Generate GMV through pipeline and forecast management
  • Attract new clients
  • Prepare commercial proposals based on clients’ requests, negotiate and close deals
  • Participate in industry conferences, e-commerce sellers clubs and communities to establish JoomPro as a leading B2B partner in Brazil


  • Native or advanced Portuguese
  • Fluent English
  • Established relations in e-commerce sellers community
  • Field proved sales record
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proactive approach
