Warehouse Manager

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a platform for global shopping; JoomPulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses, and products.

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage and improve the daily work of our 3PL warehouse in Guangzhou.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for all warehousing operations, deep-diving into issues, and creating new processes
  • Coordinating the dispatch of outgoing orders
  • Working closely with Supply and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and shipping
  • Managing warehouse budget and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the warehousing operation
  • Supervising warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring employees follow standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in 3PL warehouse management
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software (Excel, Word, WMS)
  • Experience of creating a warehousing process from scratch
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
