JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey in future) quickly, easily, and safely.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of eCommerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world, and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil, and Portugal.

Now we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist in Brazil who will oversee JoomPro sales workflow and improve the B2B deal process. As the market is new for us, it provides the candidate with a big opportunity for personal and career growth!

Responsibilities

  • Review B2B sales workflows and processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other divisions such as Finance, Legal, and Payments
  • Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Assist with revenue tracking and ad hoc reporting
  • Analyze data regarding both team and Key Account Managers' individual performances

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales or sales operations
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and workflows
  • Decision-making skills for determining sales technologies to adopt
  • Analytical thinking that promotes making data-informed decisions
  • Experience in CRM systems
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced Portuguese
  • Fluent English
