Marketing Manager at JoomPro

JoomPro is the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We give everyone, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to order goods from factories in China easily and efficiently. After a successful launch in Brazil, we are now expanding to Mexico to bring seamless wholesale trade to new markets.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a platform for global shopping; JoomPulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

JoomPro is entering a rapid expansion phase and we are now looking for our first Marketing Manager in Mexico who will be promoting our product among our perspective clients in the country with an opportunity to build a team in the future.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline
  • Generate new leads by testing hypotheses and exploring new channels and approaches
  • Identify and build relationships with local partners, influencers, and communities
  • Support the commercial team in organizing and promoting conferences and trade shows
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials and initiatives across different channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve set goals


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B (ideally in e-commerce)
  • Proven experience developing successful marketing plans and campaigns across different channels for Mexican market
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Hubspot, Semrush, GA4, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Hands-on experience in organizing and executing offline events and industry meetups
  • Fluent Spanish and English


Preferred:

  • Experience organizing and participating in webinars and offline events
  • Experience working with influencers and partnership programs
  • Good copywriting skills
