EU Employer Brand Manager (m/w/x)

Joom is an international group of eCommerce and fintech companies founded in 2016 in Latvia.

Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom has offices in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany and Luxembourg.

Today, we are searching for an Employer Brand Manager who will build our HR brand mainly with the key focus for the European markets as well as other locations where Joom is presented. Your mission is to develop and oversee all the company's employment branding strategies. You will also plan, establish and oversee the company's employer branding related social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other “to be developed” channels. You will help us to set up and manage an online HR marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company. Your closest collaborators will be representatives of our PR team as well as your colleagues from the HR/Recruiting team.

The goal is to ensure that we are showcasing our fantastic company culture externally to develop a strong employer brand that continues to attract top talent from across the market.

Responsibilities

  • Curate our company image as an employer of choice to prospective hires
  • Find optimal employer branding channels
  • Develop and create content for all relevant channels
  • Produce and coordinate talent events, communities and conference sponsorships
  • Organize presentations of our speakers at online and offline conferences
  • Drive marketing programs targeting key hiring groups
  • Generate creative and impactful employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in creation of our Employee Value Proposition
  • Make sure our European employer branding machine runs smoothly
  • Track, analyse and report on results

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Brand or community management in EU
  • In-depth experience with creating content
  • Fluent English is a must both written and verbal. Other European language is a plus
  • Excellent communications and project management skills
  • Great writing skills and understanding of our tone of voice
  • Good understanding of KPIs and ability to track the results

Preferred

  • Experience in working at an international IT company or startup in the EU
  • Experience in managing content in social media
  • Experience in organising and/or participating in online and offline events, conferences and meetups
