JoomX is a new AI-driven e-commerce automation platform that unifies all Joom Group services. It equips merchants with everything needed to run a successful business on local marketplaces — from niche analysis and procurement to financing, listings management, marketing, and restocking. The platform's AI Copilot can either assist merchants or fully automate their operations.
JoomX is a key initiative of Joom Group, an international e-commerce group founded in 2016 in Latvia. The group's portfolio includes Joom Marketplace, a global shopping platform; JoomPro, a cross-border wholesale trade platform; JoomPulse, a data analytics platform; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; and JMS, a network connecting merchants with marketplaces worldwide. We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager for our new Business Unit — JoomX. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, experience in e-commerce and automation solutions, and is ready to build the best AI-powered platform for merchants in Brazil and LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing product strategy: market research, value proposition, and growth opportunities
- Creating technical specifications for designers and developers
- Maintaining the roadmap, prioritizing tasks, and managing backlog
- Validating hypotheses for new features, ensuring quick testing and iteration
- Preparing product updates, release presentations, and internal communications
- Monitoring competitors and industry trends
- Tracking key product metrics through analytics dashboards
- Conducting CustDev, UX research, and gathering stakeholder feedback
- Creating user stories, customer journey maps, and product documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in AI-powered SaaS or b2b e-commerce platforms / ERP systems for b2b
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in user research and customer interaction
- Self-discipline and ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Teamwork skills: negotiation, compromise, data-backed decisions, and project execution
- Proficiency in English
Preferred
- Experience with automation solutions, AI-driven tools, or marketplace platforms
