JoomX is a new AI-driven e-commerce automation platform that unifies all Joom Group services. It equips merchants with everything needed to run a successful business on local marketplaces — from niche analysis and procurement to financing, listings management, marketing, and restocking. The platform's AI Copilot can either assist merchants or fully automate their operations.
JoomX is a key initiative of Joom, an international e-commerce group founded in 2016 in Latvia. The group's portfolio includes Joom Marketplace, a global shopping platform; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; JoomPro, a cross-border wholesale trade platform; Joom Pulse, a data analytics platform; and JMS, a network connecting merchants with marketplaces worldwide. Joom maintains offices across Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil, and Portugal, with headquarters in Lisbon.
We are now looking for a CEO of JoomX. We're launching first in Brazil, where Joom Group has established JoomPro and Joom Pulse, with plans for rapid expansion into other markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to launch and scale the first fully automated e-commerce operations system powered by AI
- Create a working capital solution with best-in-market terms
- Lead business development efforts, securing strategic partnerships with platforms, financial institutions, and key players in the e-commerce ecosystem
- Drive AI-powered innovations to improve decision-making, marketing, and inventory management
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and execution
- Ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a startup or high-growth tech company
- Strong understanding of AI-driven automation, e-commerce, and digital marketing
- Passion for AI and its potential to transform e-commerce
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong work ethic
