Key Account Manager (B2B)

JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Turkey in the future) quickly, easily, and safely.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce and fintech companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes four other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle and resolve merchant concerns and support issues, consolidate merchant feedback, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Support and coach merchants to grow their business, guide merchants to follow the SOP of JoomPro business process, and ensure they meet JoomPro’s standard
  • Maintain existing merchant relationships, conduct merchant tiering, and performance assessment
  • Recruit and onboard new merchants, create a training pipeline
  • Participate in industry conferences to establish JoomPro as a leading B2B partner in China.
  • Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to work on new feature launches and process optimization
  • Analyze and review business and merchant status, generate insight to enhance merchant experience and business efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B account management, merchant relationship management global sourcing, and supply chain management in retail or e-commerce sectors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of B2B business process
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Result-oriented with strong ownership
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving team environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred

  • Understanding of data analysis principles and key metrics of merchant performance
  • Experience in cross-border trading in Latin America /USA/Russia markets
  • Experience in business development
  • Experience in marketing/PR management
