We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market and give everyone, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to easily and efficiently order goods from factories in China, with plans to include India, Bangladesh, Turkey, and others in the future.
JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for global shopping; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; and Joom Pulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers. Now we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist in Brazil who will oversee JoomPro sales workflow and ensure seamless sale deal management. The position provides the candidate with an opportunity for personal and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Review B2B sales workflows and processes
- Manage and optimize the sale process, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sale stage, addressing any inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate cross functionally with other divisions such as Finance, Legal, and Payments
- Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Assist with revenue tracking and ad hoc reporting
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales operations
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and workflows
- Decision-making skills for determining sales technologies to adopt
- Analytical thinking that promotes making data-informed decisions
- Experience in CRM systems and proficient knowledge of Excel
- Project management skills
- Fluent Portuguese and English
