Now we are looking for a Demand System Operational Manager to help us handle all operational processes and issues with the Fulfilled By Joom (FBJ) demand system in our warehouse in Dongguan.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing warehouse capacity and introducing changes to the list of goods based on analytics report
- Notifying teams about changes in the list of goods or parameters of the demand system
- Finding and eliminating operational problems, optimizing processes (supplies, forecasting, etc.)
- Introduction of new processes and working on further service development
- Analysis and calculation of warehouse costs, losses in case of incorrect decisions (overstock, deadstock) - FBJ GMV share, FBJ GMV absolute, other costs
- Analysis of the causes of errors and assessment of their impact on costs, delivery speed, etc.
- Notifying teams about operational problems and offering solutions (replacing goods in the warehouse, removing a merchant from the program, operational improvements, etc.)
- Notifying top executives about major problems, broadcasting the status of the analysis
- Continuous monitoring of the entire FBJ system
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operational Manager working with inventory management
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Experience in sales forecasting, replenishment planning, ordering budget management
- Experience in setting up processes from 0 to 1
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
